Lee Cobaj

Lee Cobaj has been a freelance travel writer for the last 10 years and covers everything from aviation to consumer news to ultra-high-end travel. She is a regular contributor to a number of top titles, including Conde Nast Traveller, National Geographic Traveller, The Telegraph and The Times.

Lee started her career in travel as a flight attendant before studying for a degree in English and Creative Writing and segueing into travel writing.

Although she was born in Glasgow, Lee was raised in Hong Kong and considers the Asian metropolis to be her home. For Lee, Hong Kong is the city that’s got it all – skyscrapers, sensational food, fabulous nightlife, rambling mountains, endless hiking trails, golden beaches, sleepy fishing villages and an irrepressible population. There’s nowhere she loves more.

As someone who practices yoga and meditation every day, Lee has a keen interest in wellness, with a particular focus on the Asian wisdom traditions.
