Your hands-on cooking lesson will last about two hours and you will learn to cook three dishes from scratch. You will learn to cook dishes such as cordero a la pastora (lamb and potato stew) with alcachofas con salsa (friend artichokes with romesco sauce) or espinacas on garbanzos (spinach with garbanzo beans) on the side. Your meal ends with a dessert such as torija (a Spanish style French toast) or leche frita (a fried dough of flour, milk and sugar topped with cinnamon) for dessert. Enjoy learning about the little tricks and techniques involved in Spanish cooking before you sit down at the table to share the meal you helped prepare over a great conversation with Annette and Jose!
