We will start with this magnificent temple of Dimitra! We will continue to the beautiful colorful Chalki where we will taste the famous liqueur of Naxos, the citrus! The next stop we will make is in the small but so picturesque and beautiful village of Kaloxylos where we will taste some of the most aromatic and tasty oils in Greece! Our walk begins with a pleasant stroll along the coast before exploring the winding streets of the Castle and the walled fortresses of the ruling Dukes. Discover Naxos history as climbing up the hill and travel back in time to the Middle Ages, strolling with your guide through the alleyways to marvel at the Venetian impact on the town. You’ll pass loggias and the coats of arms of the Dukes, which are still visible on the marble doorways. From the noble quarters of the Medieval palace, we stroll down to the vibrancy of the Old Town with colourful shops, bars and taverns.
