Travel bucket list idea:
Nubian Museum

This small but interesting museum houses artefacts, art, and architecture to explain the long history of the enduring Nile people and culture.
The Nubian people, descendants of one of Africa’s oldest civilizations, have a rich culture and history dating back over 5,000 years. They traditionally reside along the banks of the Nile in what is now Southern Egypt and Northern Sudan. Notable for their vibrant, brightly coloured attire and equally vibrant communities, they maintain to this day distinct language and customs, a living testament to the region’s past.
It takes about an hour to go around, and there’s a peaceful garden inside for a breather. The modern air-conditioned building can make a welcome escape from the daytime heat too.
